Weekly Pause & Ponder

“We belong, together with all other species, to one cosmos. Earth is humanity’s habitat, but it is also the dwelling place or habitat of every other being. At one level, then, the image of home enlarges, in terms of time and space, what it means to be a human being. It emphasizes our connection to all creation and our responsibility to care for it as we would a home.”
